1. Pilot Qualifications

One captain per vessel (account)

Truthful registration data

2. Galactic Conduct
Strictly prohibited:

Wormhole exploits (cheating)

Pirate behavior (harassment)

Nova bombs (DDoS attacks)

Black market trading (RMT)

3. Virtual Cosmos
Stellar credits (currency) have no real value

All ship purchases are final

Universe may reset during maintenance

4. Cosmic Property
We own all:

Celestial bodies (game worlds)

Starship designs (assets)

Alien civilizations (NPCs)

5. Quantum Disclaimers
We're not liable for:

Lost asteroid mines (progress)

Supernova outages (downtime)

Rogue alien behavior (third-parties)
